These terms apply to every order placed on www.paqee.in (the Site), operated by PAQEE (Modi Sales), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By placing an order you accept these terms together with our shipping policy, return and refund policy and privacy policy.

1. Products and pricing

We sell packaging supplies including courier bags, stand-up pouches and packing tape. Sizes, micron and pack quantities are as stated on each product page. Minor variation in dimensions and colour is normal for film products.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on the invoice unless a price is expressly marked as inclusive.
We may correct pricing or listing errors before dispatch. If a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing the order or cancel and refund it.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or limit orders, including bulk quantities that exceed available stock.
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment providers shown. Cash on delivery, where offered, is subject to the courier and any fee shown at checkout.
Bulk and custom printed orders are quoted separately and may require an advance payment. Custom print artwork must be approved in writing before production starts.

3. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times, charges, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our shipping policy and our return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

4. Use of products

Our stand-up pouches use a food-grade inner sealing layer. It remains your responsibility to confirm suitability for your product, to label and register your food products as required by FSSAI, and to test shelf life.
Courier bags and tape are designed for ecommerce and general dispatch. Load ratings and carton sizes in our guides are indicative.

5. Intellectual property

Content on the Site, including guides, photographs and text, belongs to PAQEE and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho are trademarks of their respective owners; printed bags carrying their marks are supplied for shipments on those platforms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused by use of a product outside its stated purpose.
